This is the part I knew would be hard - how to figure out just how much I can eat and how much exercise is needed to maintain weight. The exercise should not necessarily be about maintaining my weight as much as being in good psychical shape. Calories eaten will focus more on weight maintenance. Second challenge - how many calories to maintain weight?
