I've been eating Activia to help my constipation (side-effect of ketosis?). I'm still under 20g carbs per day, but its causing carb cravings. Just ordered Bifidobacterium lactis. Hope it does the same thing.

are you taking a magnesium supplement?? sometimes those help

How much magnesium? I take 300mg a day now.

It's more likely due to less food volume, or lack of salt. When eating low carb, the body sheds salt so you need to supplement it. Symptoms can include headache, dizziness, fuzzy thinking, and constipation.

it is hard to judge that but double is a start. some bulky foods can cause constipation along with dairy. maybe you are eating something that does not agree with your inner workings. I used to get that way all the time and since I stopped eating keto and went pure meat and fat I don't have that problem any more. things I was eating were effecting me. granted everything has flared up on me, but it may just be one or two items causing the problems with you. I have absolutely no fiber, it messes me up.

It is a side effect / eat Vegys with protein at the same time and water and it will help you stay regular
