I've done some investigating on the gym issue and found one very close to home (about 2 miles). They have a pool, sauna, gym, classes, etc. The really nice thing about the place is that it only costs about $20 per month and I don't have to sign a contract. They are also open 24/7 which is something I really like a lot. All the classes are included in the price. I plan to go this weekend to check it out and possibly join. The next thing will be to buy a swimming suit that fits. I should be able to get one on sale since it's the end of the season. I hope the gym has a whirlpool because that would feel wonderful on my back. The diet is still doing well with pathetic progress on drinking enough water. I've been very good at staying away from the sugar which I am very thankful for.

The dogs are driving me nuts tonight. Buster is being good, but Copper is being a pill. He is the youngest and always wants to play. I put them both outside earlier for over an hour in hopes of them getting some energy out of their system, but Copper doesn't seem to have all of his out of his system yet. If you have ever had a boxer, you know what I mean. They never grow up!!! They keep me somewhat active.
