I think I read something similar once but here it goes:
20 thing I like since I've lost weight.
1. I like that when I drive, I dont feel that my body is in the way 2. I like that when I tuck my tummy in, it makes a difference 3. Il like that I'm not afraid that if I go in a chair with arms, I don't feel that I'll get stuck. 4. I like to be naked a couple of minutes more after my shower and not afraid that my husband will walk in. 5. I like that my husband can take me in his arm minus a belly between us. 6. I like that I don't get short of breath going up a few stairs 7. I like that there's a little more ''spring'' in my feet, when I walk 8. I like the extra energy to finish my day. 9. I like that I sleep better 10. I like that when I lie on my stomach I don't feel I'm trying to balance on my tummy, like I would do on a exercise ball. 11. I like to grab whatever is in my closet and know it will fit. 12. I like that at the last minute, if where going out, it takes a few minutes for me to look good. 13. I like that I can cross my legs (they don't stay crossed very long, but at least I can do it) 14. I like that I can put an extra sweater and my winter coat don't look as if it will explode on me 15. I like that I can walk has fast has my skinny friends without begging to slow down 16. I like that I can squat down and do my chores in the barn with ease 17. I like the endorphins at the end of my work out. 18. I like to talk about loosing weight to my patients with a little bit more passion and knowledge. 20. I like that I'm looking forward to easter in my very skinny in-law family

LOL, LOL!!!! You are AWESOME!!! You literally made me laugh! I can so relate! Just look at those accomplishments! You have made some great points. I think we should do this to remind ourselves that we are doing this for so many reasons BUT for ourselves first!

That is GREAT! You know, I've even noticed a few on these things just losing 13lbs! Like, dahhh, we should have done this a long time ago, or never let ourselves get here! lol... you're a wonderful encouragement to all of us, thank you w/ all my heart!!! Really good. It's wonderful to start feeling the blessings, isn't it? Helps motivate us to keep going. I'm enjoying feeling lots of extra room in my clothes, and I actually stop and look at myself when I pass the mirror--WOW! That is a biggie!!
