Yay i feel good about this loss im definitely sure its down to my amazing trainer and new nutritional plan (which is like 95% vegan - strange for me)
I meet with my trainer twice a week on a monday and a friday which is great because it stops me becoming unmotivated during the week, she has also given me a different workout for each day so i can change things up the plan is to work out on monday, weds, thurs, fri and sunday all of those workouts are in the gym except for the sunday one which will be swimming (or walking in the park now that i am unable to swim due to my eye) this week i only managed the gym weds, thurs and today so im going to try and go on saturday aswell to make up for it)
I am employing Jayne's services untill 4th of august and during that time i have many goals - to walk another 5k (july) drop to a size 12 dress size (from my current UK size 16/18) to run a 5k (jan)
Jayne has decided to do my training plan in 4 cycles each with its own goal.
the first cycle is 4 weeks long with a goal of dropping between 4-6lbs and getting down to 45mm
thats what i am on at the moment and i am quite enjoying it, its hard but effective and makes me feel pretty good after a workout :) plus with a loss of 2.4lbs this week how could i not feel good :)!!
