I'm tired, worn out, however you want to call it. I've been working out really hard for over a week now and I'm beat. I think my body is getting used to the exercising, but it is still sore. I even took a nap this afternoon (haven't done that in awhile). I'm still fighting to get up to 1600 calories a day...LOL I'm getting better and I just eat anytime I feel hungry (so yeah I'm eating all day)...it is so nice to be able to eat when I'm hungry...I really hated those past diets I was on that starved my body...that can't be healthy. Of course I lost weight really quick on those diets :( Hmmm but I'm sure once my body figures out I'm feeding it enough it will start burning calories, one of the nutritionists said it can take up to 6 weeks for the body to get situated and really start burning the fat. Of course that bummed me out because I'm ready to start dropping some more weight...I mean I'm killing it everyday, not just leisurely exercise...when I work out I'm sweating and grunting and pushing myself hard. I want to get down to 205 now!! I want that massage...LOL. Let's see if I can make it happen in the next couple of weeks. Ok enough of my going on and on about how hard this is...you all know you are doing it too.

Good job i think if you work that hard you'll drop the weight faster than that....get some rest have a nice weekend!
