Well I spent Labor Day laboring over a stove canning. I did 9 pints of green beans, 7 quarts of peaches, and 9 pints of peach pie filling that I am going to use as Christmas presents. I did take a little time out for a BBQ but then back at it. I always forget every year how hard standing for hours on end is.
