I'M DOING IT!!!!!

My girls at work and I started a Biggest Looser type of program that lasts 6 weeks each round. There is a weight goal and consequences and everyone on the floor is aware. It's so much fun and there are people cheering us on (or trying to sabotage us with goodies... terrible). The best part is that it keeps us focused.

Things that I've incorporated that helped:

-no eating after 8 pm.
-taking the stairs from the 3rd floor to 21st floor twice a day.
-limiting carbs to whole grain and max 2 meals a day.
-L-carnitine before exercise.

I'm so enthusiastic about this summer!
