I did horrible getting the water in today. I found myself thirsty in the middle of the day, but was so busy that I didn't take a couple minutes out of my day to wet the whistle. I will do much better tomorrow. My body definitely is learning to ask for the water and I don't mind drinking water that much anymore. I've only had 2-3 sodas in the last 3 weeks which is much better than I used to be. Diet soda used to be my only beverage except for an iced coffee. Gave up that too. I'm finding I like water better than crystal light. Still doing OK with my food. Cravings come and go and I try to ignore them and redirect my attention elsewhere when it happens. It usually works. Night time is the worst time for me.

ya right now i am going through cravings.. My body has to get back to not taking in junk foods. everytime i eat something i shouldnt or eat more cals then i should my body acts like it a drug and my craving are ruff so i am having them right now it usually takes 2 days or so for my body to go back to no cravings. Great job on not taking in sodas and ice coffee. that is great

Still can't seem to ditch the crystal light,water to me is just blahhhh.I'm working on it.
