I did have more calories and carbs some days. Don't know how much of this weight gain is water weight. I will not stress over these extra pounds. I did lose 4 overall inches from August to September. Upped exercise to work on building some muscles and hopefully, a bit more toned. I don't expect miracles but I would like to SEE some positive changes :)
