Day #59 of summer vacation.:)
Have not journaled on FS in what feels like ages!!! Very happy to be here today.:) Oddly since getting back from the Disney trip and increasing my run up to 33 miles the following week, seem to have developed muscle spasms up and down my right leg. Cycling and going to the gym seem to be aggravating the condition and the pain has gotten suddenly very intense. Will need to see a doctor and don't think the news will be good.....
On the brighter side, had an amazing, wonderful thing happen.:) Managed to hit my former WW goal weight of 123!!! Lol it was an emotional moment. A very thoughtful and enthusiastic visiting WW leader recognized the milestone and re-awarded me with two bracelet charms (star and key). I was shocked and amazed!!! Lol decided to buy a silver link charm bracelet with a toggle and have the charms attached with some birthday money my mom had given me. Bless her!!! Now almost always wear the bracelet .;-) Hope to stay at this weight and not to go up for a long, long time. Will do my best and carry on.
Hints of fall are in the air (21C or 69F), but (unbelievably for our region) the sun is still shining. I’ll take it.:) Would be nice to sit by the crashing waves with a good book and a T-shirt on.
