I need breakfast ideas for on the go for Keto. Any suggestions? I have tried the egg muffins but I will get tired of eggs if i continue to eat them every day.

I liked salmon with mayo and rolled up in lettuce. a nice hamburger, a nice steak all in proper portions. zuchinni boat loaded with what ever you like. I don't worry about breakfast only being breakfast food, I eat whatever I think I will enjoy and when busy is also quick. spinach omelette with a small slice of tomato, spinach and maybe some cheese was always a favorite of mine along with deviled eggs I would make up for those quickie days.

Low carb wraps was my saviour on keto. Wrap with egg mayo. Wrap with lettuce, cream cheese and salmon/faux lax, wrap with lettuce, cheese and ham.fake ham.... etc. One of the big wraps was enough for brekkie and lunch. :)

I don't know if this fits into a Keto diet, but I normally have a Lean Pocket, Yogurt, and a Granola Bar for breakfast. Takes two minutes, ten seconds to make.

Try looking at breakfast recipes at Ketoconnect.com. They have some good stuff on there. I made the blueberry muffins and they were sooooo good

I make a muffin in a cup:
2T coconut flour
1T coconut oil
1/4t baking soda
1 egg
+whatever spice mix or sweetener you feel like that day
Mix it all up in a ceramic coffee cup, pop it in the microwave for 90seconds.
Boom!
