Gained 2.8 lbs. Still doing my low-carb diet, but not sure if keto because I don't weigh my food to check the exact number of grams of carbs I eat.

I must eat a bit too much though, even though my tummy looks slightly smaller.

My blood pressure has remained elevated for a few days earlier this week, then it went a bit down (yesterday and today).

I am really worried that for me a weight loss correlates with an increase in blood pressure, and vice versa. Because I want my blood pressure to go down and my A1C to improve, I will have to accept to gain weight. However, weight gain usually worsens the aforementioned health problems. This is getting a bit confusing.
