Flux up.
I'm not worried, I've hit a lower number, so for now that is my basement, I'll dig a sub basement later this week. My goal will be the bomb shelter that I'll live in for 30 years like that Brendan Fraiser movie, "Blast from the Past."
I walked last night, and my friend got adirondack chairs for the front of her house, so we just sat out there for most of the night. It was a beautiful night with just the right amount of breeze. Sometimes, I just live for nights like that.
Also, we did the girl scout event. And we might have booked a cake! So I'm excited about that. I also received my Baking Badge! That was a nice little touch from the girl scouts.
I'm really just ready to hunker down this weekend, get some exercise in, and not let my weekend ruin my week. I'm going to watch everything this weekend. This is the first weekend in a long time that I haven't had something planned. I can focus on my food and exercise. Which is something that I'm really excited to do.
And, just doing some simple math, I've realized that I've lost just about 25% of my total body weight from when I started. I only have 15% to go! And that kids is your daily math lesson. Screw you weight watchers with your 10% goals! I want 4x that! :)
