lunch time, military diet day 1...so far so good, I've been drinking water inbetween my breakfast and lunch. let's see how my hunger is between this and dinner tonight.

OMG, I so remember the Cleveland Clinic diet. My friend had actually had bypass surgery at Cleveland Clinic back in 78-79 and I remember making myself eat the PB on toast. I still do not eat nut butters (unfortunately). I know there was hot dog somewhere in there, another food I don't like (of course, unless on a bun and Nathans...LOL).
