I have not worked out in a long while... have simply not had the energy. Still not sleeping well. Brain and emotions are all over the place. Making stupid mistakes and feeling super cranky. I dont like it. Need to take some sleep aids tonight i think and just crash and let my body recover. Maybe take kids on a nice nature walk tomorrow and heal spiritually as well. Its been a hell of a month.

Maybe you should allow yourself a bit more calories, not go crazy, but increase a bit. I know when I eat very low for a long time, I get insomnia, weird dreams, low energy, and super bi-otchy! I know that you have a lot of other things going on, and that is not the sole cause, but that may help you to sleep better and give you a bit of relief that way.
