I've never been on a diet before. At 35 years old I'm not too thrilled about starting. In the past 3 years I have gone from 126 lbs to 154 lbs. I quit smoking, got off of birth control, and started taking anxiety & blood pressure meds. While my weight does not normally really concern me, I am getting married in exactly 65 days. My dress is a small size 12 and I would like to be able to zip it up w/ ease. So my goal is to lose 10-14 lbs in the next 65 days. Wish me luck!

Congrats and Good Luck! I too stopped smoking and have gained about the same percentage in weight. Never on a diet before but I would love to feel just a little bit less alien in my own skin so have to give it a go. Good luck with reaching your goal I'm sure you'll do well :)
