Small 0.2 lb loss. Technically, I am maintaining. I tend to get on the scale between 9 AM and 11 AM on Saturdays (gotta pick a day and time in the week!) so maybe on average I actually weigh 165 lbs.
I just need to slowly wean off my favourite drug (sugar, of course!) and everything will work out just fine!
