Stay motivated! I've joined the challenge to lose 20 pounds by Thanksgiving. Challenges have proved motivating for me in the past, hope it works this time!

Thank you! Yes, challenges help. I can do this now, but will keep my fingers crossed once I get back to work after Labor day. I'll have to find the time and energy to keep up.
