It seems like I am headed in the right direction. I am currently working on keeping my carbs under 25 and calories at 1500. I feel like I have lost a couple of pounds, or inches since my size 14's are getting baggy and I just purchase the new jeans just 2 weeks ago. Also, I have increased my walk time for the past 4 weeks, which is helping with the inches. So, I am excited to see what the tape measure and the scales report on Friday. Loving the low carb lifestyle!!!
