Cardio is my fail. Today is my first day of "Beachbody The Masters Hammer and Chisel" I had done it last year, powerful. Have a nice day my friend :-)

I'm experiencing some very painful menopausal symptoms, joint and muscle aches, forgetfulness, mood swing, and burning feet, lol, trying to stay away from medication so I have to push myself to see how much it will help :) I don't have The Masters Hammer and Chisel, seems like a good program. I have lost a lot of my strength being inactive for so long, more than 8 months, I have to drop my 12 lbs dumbbells to 3 and no more 5-minute plank for me, I can barely do 30 sec. :( but I'll rebuild my strength, if I'm not over powered by the pain. Thanks.

I was doing 3 min plank. You are super. I had so many family and financial problems that I didn't realize I was at menopause. I realized it years later. I was alone liking my woulds like a wild animal. I survived thanks to my daughter's love and try to reach my goal step by step. I must be a powerful role model to her. Take care :-)
