Are there any vegetarians on here that might be able to give advice and just any helpful information on that? and maybe ideas for affordable protein alternatives...I am 18 and still live with my parents so I'm not usually needing to buy or make my own meals..and don't want my parents to go out of their way for all this....I need to make this lifestyle change for a start to my yoga teachers training.

(I’m not vegetarian) Do you eat eggs? Or fish? Eggs are really affordable and Walmart has wild caught Alaskan salmon for a really great price.

I'm not currently vegetarian but I was for 10 years. I found beans and legumes (lentils, chickpeas) healthy and cost effective alternatives to meat. I'm not sure if you eat eggs but they are also useful, especially if you boil them as they're then easy to travel with!
