I actually started on the 7th of January 2007. My weigh in is every sunday night. I was weighed on the 14th and I have lost 7lb's. I have stuck like glue to the induction, but am getting bored eating burgers and sausage all the time. I want to find recipes that are very quick to make that suits the whole family and dont cost a fortune! My mum and Dad also started the diet with me and they are doing well also.

How about ham, egg, & cheese omelets? We do alot of grilling on our gas grill, but if you dont have a gas grill or live in an apartment you can get one of those George Foreman grills and they make chicken, pork chops etc. divine. Deviled eggs go great with everything. Do you know how to make those? I love to make Swiss Steak (cubed steak smothered in tomato sauce and baked until fork tender) Let me know if you need some recipes.
