Starting again to take care of what and how I eat since about 3 weeks.
The aim is loosing approx 5% of my body weight (about 4kg or 8lbs). Once that’s reached, next step would be another 5% and so on. Final goal is at my current weight (71kg) minus 20%.
I wanna use this platform again to keep track of food and my progress. Today I have had too many calories!!
