Got distracted over the last few days...but getting back on track. (focus wise)...off to the gym this morning, looking forward to a good strong workout! set a personal goal to do 5 real pushups (not on my knees) by my birthday in July. Funny thing is, my arms are probably my best looking feature right now...but not strong enough to do 5 real pushups!! My husband loves to tease me...but that's ok, it just makes me more fired up to reach my goal...(I think he knows what he's doing? LOL).

Go Go Go ! I went to collect my trainers today in prep for my new running regime! I have never run before but have always looked on enviously at those that do! I have got to work on those bingo wings too! Did you start the pushups on your knees to begin with?

Yes, I did start on my knees - can't do many of them either, but what has helped me the most - is I started doing them against a wall - standing - then progressed to the kitchen counter - kinda at an angle to the floor - every time I go in the kitchen, I make myself "drop and give me 10!" so to speak! :)))

Thanks Suzie - it was a revelation to me too, at first! I do squats and leg lifts while I am outside on the back porch waiting for my two dogs to go do their "business", too! I will have a really cute arse after this is all said and lived out! (it'll never be done...)
