So on July 17,2012 I got tired of going on diet losing weight and few months later gaining it Back. SO I decide that's it I'm keeping it off. So my biggest down fall isn't food. My biggest down is fall soda and then sweets. I use to drink 2 20oz battle of soda a day or more. Then I was working so much that I would just stop grab a soda and something sweet then on my way to work. Yeah I wasn't eating a lot but the soda and sweets sure just store as fat. Because of the sugar in the soda and the sweets I would be so tired later cause as everyone knows sugar sure makes your blood sugar fall hard. But now I'm starting see weight loss with no exercise plus I'm getting my engery back. I use all use soda and sweets when I was down or stress. But I only drink water and for sweets I buy low fat things. Only eat once a day sometimes not at all. When I'm down or stress I either take a walk or exercise. It makes me feel better.

Good luck with your journey...it sounds a lot like how mine started...gaining and losing the same weight month after month..., finally you just get sick of it right? I used to drink 4 or 5 cans of coke a day and I cut down to once a week now...sunday is my treat day where I get a bottle of coke and a candy bar :) that has worked best for me instead of cutting it out completly
