Crap!!! Oh well, this was a heavy lift week for me so maybe it was 3 lbs. of muscle LOL. Today, Thursday is leg day and I did the 410 deadlift and it was pretty easy as was the 320 squat. I think I need to turn up the heat a little more next week and focus on cleaner eating with a little more cardio. With that last note I am off the next three days so hopefully I can keep away for the poisonous sugars that my body is screaming for right now.
