Weight still steady at 91.8kg. But my food diary is a mess. 744kcal later and i'm still hungry. Now I know why these foods are dangerous.

744 calories? That's a bit hazardous. Your body goes into starvation mode when you don't eat enough making it almost impossible to lose weight. Please be careful, eat right and exercise at least 3x a week and you'll be able to see results

Anything below 800 calories won’t make any difference compared to 800. Apparently anywhere between 800-1200 calorie intake will always show results. So don’t starve. There is literally no point. The chance of binge eating later on is way higher.

Thank you guys for the the concern. I really appreciate. But if you were to look at my weight history, this is more or less what I have been eating and it's been working so far on 20 November 2017 I weighed 122kg today I'm 90kg. I know I'm not eating enough, but it works for me and I've managed to keep it all off. I can't go to the gym, I never have time to even do some home excercise so eating as little as possible is my way of getting to my target.

Just because it works for you doesn't mean that it's healthy. This could be detrimental in the long run. You don't need to go to gym to exercise, try waking up 30 minutes earlier and get some exercise in. Make sure that you have protein and veggies in every meal. Have small meals, about 5 a day, 3 of them being main meals and 2 being snacks.
