I'm so done with trying to starve myself and this unhealthy obsession with wanting to be skinny instead of healthy. And I'm serious this time too. Whenter I have an income next year I'm joining a gym and getting a personal trainer. Gonna need to focus on building strength for when I start giving yoga. YTT starts in 3 weeks.
