I've let myself down, and I'm working on getting back on track. I'm not sure where my motivation went, but I would love to have it back. Playing with the idea of a longer fast.

if the fasting helps to keep you motivated then go for it. many times eating those things that cause us to get off track set off the downward attitude. cleaning up your system and starting fresh may help you.

Be encouraged. Don't beat yourself up. Lots of this going on right now with many people of FS. (Myself included) LoveYaSelf. Everyday is a new day. We get a re-start and that's a WIN. Take care. Enjoy your weekend. Be blessed.

Rely on consistency, habits, focus on what’s worth more 5 minutes of binges/overeating or feeling great about ur self all day everyday. 😉
