3.7 miles walked this morning; 1.5 of it with doggies. A bit more mileage because I doubt I'll do any exercise walking tomorrow or Thursday, due to travel. Beyond that, who knows?
Today will be my last exercise and food logs until I get back. Hope to read lots and lots of good news/weight drops when I return!
