Had a tough week this week, starting with ER trip with my toddler. Had to eat dinner out of a vending machine. Emotions got the best of me this week. Have had little motivation to workout but did a lot of yardwork. That's probably the only thing that has prevented a huge weight gain. Tomorrow is another day so I have to keep going.
