I can understand what your going through.. This lady and I had been best friends for Ten years and I had lost her.. My diet had been really good up until that point because it was too hard to focus on anything but my problems and eating right became alot harder.. The best advice I can give to you is eat small and constant.. like breakfast, snack., lunch, snack, dinner... and Or carry around with you water or a drink.. believe it or not it will curve your appetite.. i love to carry around the Special K protien drinks. They are good and do a darn good job of keeping you happy. In the mean time Try to keep yourself busy in between meals, not only will it help with your appetite, but your problems too.
