Well, I'm not quite sure what to do. Shouldn't they remove carbohydrates because that's promoting the Atkins diet? Ugh.

This news comes on top of not budging AT ALL this week. I got crappy news about my high school reunion today that incenses me, now I'm going to have no weight watchers points on here. Really? Ugh.

So now, last weekend I had a crazy 2.6 gain, and I worked off all but .2 of the gain, but my weight, despite exercising EVERY day this week, watching every little thing I ate to make sure I didn't go over my points, and nothing.

I really hope that my bad mood is a sign that TOM is coming. Because if I'm holding onto all this weight the bottom's gotta drop soon. I hope that when I weigh in on Monday morning there is some sort of drop, because I can't handle the stagnant-ness (I just invented a word), of this week. I need to see progress. And honestly, no more WW points on here is the icing on the crap cake.

I heard about that this morning. Any idea why they took off the WW points? Did WW find out and make 'em take it out since it belongs to them?

There was a pop up box on my food diary that said that fat secret doesn't promote any one diet plan, so they were removing it so it wasn't as if fat secret was promoting WW. That's obviously not verbatim, I should have been a bit more dilligent.

I saw that pop-up box, but didn't read a thing, and just X'ed it out.... guess that was a bad idea.... Anyway, there are other applications that can calculate WW points - just google weight watchers caluclator, and they will come up. I guess we are just going to have to go back to the old school pen and paper to record the points now... not the best way to do it, but its all we are left with. As far as your "crap cake" you need to get a better additude girl!!! Platues are hard, even crap cakie, but they are appart of this lifestyle, and whats the alternative? To eat what you want, and get fat... At least this way, you know you are being HEALTHY - just because your not losing what you want for a week or three, does that mean that your willing to give that up?? I THINK NOT! Anyway, its Friday, its beautiful out, and tomorrow is First Night in Asbury Park. Hopefully I'll be able to walk around it without eating anything, and be happy with myself.
