Well life has thrown me a huge curve ball. I fell last night and am now waiting for an MRI so we can see if I tore my meniscus or my ligament or both. I am trying to see the positive but will be honest I have shed quite a few tears. I am thankful that the x-ray showed my bones were where they are supposed to be and they look good. But I have 30 days, at least, of no weight bearing on my right leg. So I am glad I have been lifting weights because my arms are in for a huge workout in the next month or so.
So now this all hinges on food choice, here we go.....
