Well my goal for this week of staying off that scale has been successful. I have looked at it from across the room wondering what my weight is, but so far I have been able to walk away and wait until my WI day on Monday. I have a few more days to work through. I know it seems silly to make a goal of NOT weighing myself everyday, but I do obsess at times and allow the numbers to control my mood.
I really need to start exercising a few times a week. I think I have exercised twice since I started WW last month. I HATE exercise.....wish I had more time in the day to do it, but working from 8-5 is hard to get up earlier or do it when I get home. But my goal for next week is to start exercising 3 times a week.
