weekends are always bad for me. I ate a whole lot of crappy food today. I'll be more mindful tomorrow. it's just so hard when I have all this junk food in the house...sigh

I have one day on the weekend when I allow myself to eat some junk. not a ton but some. I try to eat my healthy food and maybe cut some of my healthier cards and enjoy some chips a cookie, alcohol or whatever I want guilt free. 35lbs lighter and one day with a few extra calories has never done any real damage. so enjoy some guilt free luxury your less.likely to get burnt out with a weekly cheat meal. just make sure the rest of the week is on point.
