Lunch was split pea soup and wheat crackers. Only 424 calories. I only made 1 serving as I'm the only one eating lunch so I made sure to measure exactly how much was in it. I got the entire little cooker to myself :) nothing like homemade soup that cooks for a few hours on the stove!
