I think I may need new scales. I know my weight fluctuates throughout the day but it has been trying to hit 86kgs for a while now and today it was 85. I have eaten very little today so hopefully if I continue that trend tomorrow my weight will stay low then as well. I hope to see my jogging have an effect on my weight soon.
