I am terrible at journaling, but I love to write. What does that mean? LOL
I have been doing pretty well since I started WW and while I wish the weight could come off faster, I need to stop obsessing over the numbers on the scale and focus on the real reason I am doing this. To get healthy. The scale fluctuates from one minute to the next and can cause my mood to change as rapidly.
My goal for this week is to not get on the scale until next Monday, my normal weigh in day.
