Week 2. Week 1 sucked. Did great mon/Tues. Mom got sent to hosp. Wed. and there went the rest of the week. I go to the hosp. to be w/her, don't prepare any food,so when I come home(by then it's "crunch time, as I call), the kids are coming home, homework, get dinner together, then activities, no time for me to think about myself and what to prepare for me. And of course it's too easy to make the wrong choices! Mom's 67 and been fighting illnesses for 7 months. Her time is very near and it's hard to cope. So I turn to food for comfort from depression, etc. If I don't stop what I'm doing, I'm going to end up like her, I don't want to do that to my kids, they're too young! So here goes another start.Even if I just stop binging, I'll be off to a better start this week!
