Today it begins. The 4 fistfuls of food challenge. Breakfast:2 slices of bread, 1 pair of eggs and 1 cucumber Lunch: 2 slices of bread, about half a cup of onions with 2 lettuce leaves and 4 slices of tasty cheese. Dinner:3 corn fritters, handful of croutons, a piece of lasagna Snack: cappuccino, hot cocoa After I came home from work I couldn't really think about what to make that followed the 4 fistful challenge and the thought of it overwhelmed me, so I just made a salad and cheese sandwich. Now dinner, forget about it, I just had carbs to eat. I need more ideas, because I don't got much.
