No weigh-in yet since I need to visit the doctor's office for a big-boy scale. Though, been feeling better and better with the change in diet. Shake in the morning, Lean Cuisine for lunch, and a sensible cooked meal by Sweetie for dinner.

I've never eaten Lean Cuisine before. Even though it is processed food and high in sodium, my primary care physician says it will help with portion control which is my weakness. Well, one of them.

I followed this list Ranked Lean Cuisine Meals and the five I've had so far have been great and affordable.

A colleague at work suggested meals by Freshly. I ate the first one today. It is more food than Lean Cuisine with more calories. Oh, and more expensive. But it is fresh rather than frozen. It was delicious and gluten free. Freshly website

So just adding to the journal until I can weigh in. No matter what though, I have been feeling better these past two weeks since being back "on the program."

You sound like your head is in the right place to stick with this. Have you thought of investing in a portion control plate? It might help you visualise healthy portions so you can have more home cooked foods rather than processed. Although processed foods do have their place. Take care 👍🏻
