Second day here and woke up to good news. Lost 2 lbs! Sure, it's just water weight, or in my case inflamation due to eating garbage, but still... So since I had a totally raw lunch yesterday and a small TV dinner type dinner (Hubby is on a diet and asked me to stop cooking for him and boy is that helping me as well.) I've decided to eat raw during the day, or at least as much as I can. Today I had a banana and blueberries and a handful of almonds for breakfast. I just nuked a bag of corn for lunch and am going to munch on radishes and sugar snap peas until end of work, then go home to some sort of TV dinner or something simple. I'll also let myself have a nice dessert. When you save calories all day by nibbling on veggies you get to have dessert without the guilt. Nice.
