So happy I'm not moved by this pic... Been watching a lot of videos about the effects of sugar on your body. I think it's working because I'm starting to see these food as toxins. Not saying I'll never eat them again but so far I'm winning and that's a huge leap for me

when i saw how many calories one slice of pizza has....i was so upset....coz i love pizza....so until i reach my goal.....no pizza.....will be my celebration meal....lololol

Yes. It makes it not worth eating any. I mean who eats one slice right. Truth be told it upset my stomach. It was so sore for a day after eating it.

ye. pizza has tooo much calories (even half a pizza per portion.. would be crazy amount of calories). Best alternative is Flatbreads.. It's basically a thinner pizza crust, normally very crispy. You can flavor it with garlic and herbs which would not add a lot of extra calories.
