Well, here we go again. Back at the starting point with eating. I have lost 35 lbs this year so far just making small changes but I have noticed myself starting to plateau. I am back on induction and feel good about it. Tomorrow hubbs and I are joining a local gym that has childcare, which is key for me in my depression. I need time away from my babies to focus on me, and getting healthy, and my kids need time out of the house to socialize and make friends. I am very happy about all the positive changes that we are making as a family and hope to be at my goal in 294 days! Yay me! :)
