Ok everyone, I was not in a bad mood yesterday, as everyone seems to think, just tired of hearing the same person talk about calories in versus calories out. So.... by the way.... if anyone has noticed.... 176.8 today. Have not seen this number at all! Not trying to get excited, but I really am!!!!! Ok lets talk about changes I've seen so far. 1st and foremost, belly bloat! I have seen a big change in 4 days! Belly not so big, no gas, no problem going to the bathroom, in fact I think bathroom breaks have been better! Ok, 2nd, sleeping... I have not seen a better difference in sleep, in fact, I think I have woken up more on this diet thru the night so far. But I will say, I don't really feel tired. 3rd, energy level, I don't really see any difference in energy level so far. My post yesterday was not to rant, but I'm sure it sounded like it, instead I am experimenting with a different diet because low fat was not working for me. I am not trying to say that one is better than the other, just trying something that may work for me. If I help someone along the way, then so be it!.. I do notice small cravings every once in a while, but nothing I can't handle. When I see the scale, Cravings don't matter at all!! Big reward!! Now I just want to reeeee leeeee aasssss eeee, because I am so happy that I broke 180 without, by the way, two and a half hours a day in the gym!!!!!! YYYYYYEEEEEE HHHHHHHHAAAAAA!!!!! By the way, I have noticed seeing more muscles in my arms and stomach, despite the fact that I have taken 4 days off from the gym.... Although, I am sure they were there underneath the fat, Now I can see them. Oh Freakin Happy Day!! All in all experiment in new diet look very promising so far. Hope it keeps going this way for me.
